By accessing www.BestBranding.co.za website you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions stated below. If you have any objection or do not agree to the terms & conditions stated below, please do not access the Best Branding website.
A client is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.
Best Branding is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
Spelling errors, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damage Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds.
All Graphic design work will be emailed to the client. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that he/she has verified all details (i.e. names, telephone numbers etc) to be correct as we do not take responsibility for any spelling mistakes and/or omissions after the customer has approved the design. Our printers generally reproduce colours on screen quite accurately but no colours can be guaranteed to be 100% accurate to how it displays on screen. Physical printed proofs can be send to the customer at additional charges.
By submitting my document / artwork to Best Branding "I agree to the following terms".
I have verified that spelling and content are correct. I am satisfied with the document layout. I understand that my document will print EXACTLY as it appears here, that I cannot make any changes once my order is placed, and that I assume all responsibility for typographical errors.
All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300 Dpi and in CMYK colour mode.
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format. Best Branding is not responsible for any colour shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK colour modes.
Best Branding will try it's best to match the gradient density of each colour , Best Branding is not liable for the final appearance of a color. Whilst all effort is made to keep colours as accurate as possible - there are various factors that may cause slight variations in colour - and therefore a 100% colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed.Best Branding is not liable for colour matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not colour or density.
Please note that because our letterhead and envelope paper stock is "uncoated", we recommend you do not use colors with high color density. By this we mean dark colors (black, purple, blue, brown, etc). Dark colors tend to get soaked into the paper if their color values are too high. For best results, use light colors.
Best Branding is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to low resolution or incorrectly provided artwork by the client. Colour calibration will only be guaranteed if a chromalin is supplied with your order.
Payment must be made in full before work will commence.
Should a proof be accepted and errors are later found, we will not be liable for a reprint or refund and the full amount owing will be due for payment.
Any quotations supplied by Best Branding are estimates only and may be subject to change upon viewing the clients required artwork and specifications. Quotations will be finalised with the client before we proceed with any order.
The product or service delivered shall be according to the specifications as detailed on our price lists, quotations and/or invoices. If a client has specific requirements these should be clearly mentioned and confirmed by us as we shall only be responsible to produce products and services as described and specified in these document.
Turnaround times as published on this website is estimates only and exact delivery times must be confirmed on order as turnaround time on orders may change somewhat due to a variety of factors including but not limited to special paper orders, special finishing requirements, size of order etc.
All completed goods are couriered to the customer by one of our contracted couriers or via the South African Post Office. Exact delivery times will be supplied as per location of the client and the type of goods being delivered.
It shall be the responsibility of the client to check the parcel received from the couriers as to whether or not it has been manhandled at all. All goods and packaging is sent by us in good order and if any parcel is received that is damaged it shall be the clients responsibility to make a clear note of such on the waybill before signing that he/she has received it in good order and immediately thereafter inform Best Branding thereof.
All couriers used by Best Branding has a track record for reliability in keeping with the terms of their delivery service. However in isolated cases unforeseen circumstances such as vehicles that are hijacked or aeroplanes that could not take off due to weather conditions are all factors completely out of our control and we cannot take responsibility for the late delivery of such orders.
All orders placed, invoiced and where such have been paid for partially or fully by the customer shall be considered fixed orders and shall not be refunded under any circumstances. The customer may cancel certain items if the order has not been processed. A credit will be passed and the client may use such credit for any other product and/or services.
Where the customer may have a any grievances with regards to any of the products and/or services rendered such grievances should be communicated to Best Branding in writing. If such grievance - whether this be print or design quality, delayed deliveries or any related matter be found reasonable, Best Branding shall take any necessary actions to rectify such problems, but this shall not constitute grounds for cancellation of orders or refunds under any circumstances.
The terms and conditions as set out herein is subject to change and by no means all inclusive. Any issue not particularly dealt with herein shall be dealt on a case by case basis; unless written promises or guarantees have been made to the contrary, management shall make decisions on such issues at own discretion. Should you have a question as to our policy on any particular matter which were not addressed herein you are welcome to contact us to verify this before making use of any of our product and services.
In no event shall Best Branding or it's suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not Best Branding has been advised of possibility of the damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide services that you order from Best Branding or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall Best Branding be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site or its content.
The first proof for each order is free (included in the printing price). Replacing any files after the first proof has been sent will result in additional charges for each file replacement. A minimum fee of R60.00 applies to the following products:
Business Card, Bookmark, Postcard, , Stickers, Tent Card, Envelope, Flyer, Letterhead, and Notepad
A minimum fee of R150.00 applies to the following products: Booklet, Brochure, Calendar, Catalog, CD Package, DVD Package, Mini Menu, Poster and Presentation Folder.
Best Branding will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to Approval. However, orders may be eligible for cancellation upon request via email. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order. If job is cancelled and any artwork / labour hours (proof, graphics design, etc.) or administrative fees will be subtracted from your refund. Minimum is R150 ( 15%-30% of total transaction ).
Once the order has been placed successfully, No Refunds are issued for the Logo, and Graphic design services.
Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, all sales are final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.
Customer must notify Best Branding within 5 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive replacement Customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (on their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken.
All charges related to urgent printing jobs or deliveries are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason. All orders that are being returned must be delivered by customer's own expense.
Best Branding will always act to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall Best Branding be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in goods or delivery.
All Best Branding customers agree not to hold Best Branding liable for delays in deliveries caused by weather conditions, courier company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond Best Branding's direct control. Best Branding deliveries and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers.
Best Branding will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, urgent job charges/fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation.
Best Branding is not responsible for 3rd party delivery errors, omissions or damaged deliveries.
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper delivery address, Best Branding will re-send the package with corrected address and charge an additional delivery fee for the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason.
All prices are subject to change without notice, no adjustments will be made.
Best Branding reserves the right to change, modify or amend these terms and conditions without any notice.
